This chapter was very insightful in explaining the different modes of educational leaning which are formal, informal and nonformal. These modes can be taught in a mass setting, group setting or individual settings. I also learned about setting up programs designs using the SMART method which stands for specific, measureable, attainable, relevant and time frame.

LL 3.4 Exploring Unknown Technology
Working in the school system as an administrator, being a student, and a future family life educator I would choose to use google classroom as my technology. I'm very familiar with MS Teams, Webex, and Zoom. Yes, these are all great platforms but, with google classroom I can share documents with my families, I can send them important learning tools, videos, or assignments. The best part of it they will be able to contact me if they feel that they have an emergency. Google has a platform that pretty much anyone has access to. The downside to google classroom is that if you are not very familiar with the program it can be disorganizes if you to use each topic and headings.
